Amazon Sidebar Tool is a follow-up Gadget to the popular Auction Sidebar Tool for eBay.  With Amazon Sidebar Tool, you can search for products without visiting the Amazon website.  Best of all, you can add any products you like to the Amazon Sidebar Tool cart, which can be transferred to the Amazon website when you're ready to go through the checkout.

Amazon Sidebar Tool requires absolutely no setup to get started, just install it and it will automatically detect your local Amazon site based on your computer's settings.

Q.  Can I make a suggestion about/report a bug for Amazon Sidebar Tool?
A.  Yes.  We love to hear your thoughts, please post your suggestion/bug report on our forums.

Q.  Does Amazon Sidebar Tool show me stuff from my Amazon account like Auction Sidebar Tool does for eBay?
A.  Not presently.  There's a lot of things we would love to add but are limited by Amazon's developer tools.  Maybe in the future!

Q.  I've noticed that search results differ between Amazon Sidebar Tool and the website, why is this?
A.  Again, this comes down to Amazon's developer tools.  When searching "All Categories" in certain countries, we actually do what is called a "Blended" search. This returns 3 results each of the most common categories on the Amazon site and Amazon Sidebar Tool attempts to sort them by relevance.  This does not apply to Amazon US, which does support searching "All Categories".

Q.  Why do some of the graphics in Amazon Sidebar Tool appear glitchy on my computer?
A.  We don't know, but we might be able to help.  Post a screenshot and a detailed description of your computer on our forums.  It would be a good idea to include details like Windows version (64-bit or 32-bit?), Internet Explorer version and other details of your hardware/software.
